Commecial clients should have little difficulty in receiving offers of finance for a yielding property with good tenancies and anchors in place.

Individual buyers may have more difficulty in obtaining finance in the Czech and Slovak Republics, without help from mortgage brokers who hold the knowledge of the market and the products available to overseas buyers. Whilst mortgage products for overseas buyers are available, the behaviour of lending institutions often can be described as lacking in commerciality, non competitive and a high degree of risk aversion exists. This can make the process in obtaining finance difficult.
